Terms of Service

1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between Svara Voice AI Pvt. Ltd. (“Svara”) and the clinic that signs up for the service (“you”). By starting a pilot or a paid plan you accept these terms.
2. What Svara does
Svara answers inbound calls on the number you connect, in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English, books appointments against the calendar rules you configure, and sends WhatsApp confirmations and reminders to patients. Service scope is described on the pricing page of this site.
3. What Svara is not
Svara is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. It is a scheduling assistant. Emergencies, clinical questions, and billing disputes are transferred to your staff or captured as callbacks. You remain responsible for the care of your patients and for your own regulatory obligations as a healthcare provider.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep your schedules, doctor lists, and clinic information accurate. Tell your patients that calls are answered by an AI assistant where the law requires you to. Do not use Svara for spam, outbound marketing calls, or any unlawful purpose.
5. Billing
The pilot is free for 30 days and limited to the published call volume. The Standard plan is billed monthly in advance at the price on the pricing page, plus GST. You can cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. We may change prices with 30 days notice, never retroactively.
6. Data
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Between us and you: you own your clinic data and patient bookings; we own the service, its software, and aggregated, de-identified usage statistics used to improve the service.
7. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for call answering. When Svara is unavailable, calls follow your fallback rules (ring your desk or take voicemail). Scheduled maintenance happens outside common clinic hours.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in those 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue from missed bookings, or for outages of telecom networks and WhatsApp that are outside our control.
9. Termination
You can stop using Svara at any time. We can suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse, with notice and a chance to fix the issue where reasonable. On termination we export your booking data on request and then delete it per the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to hello@svaravoiceai.com.
